**Job Summary:**

We are seeking an experienced SIA Security Officer to join our team at Haven Holidays. As a Security Team Member, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our guests and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor premises, conduct regular patrols, and complete safety and fire equipment checks.
  • Respond to emergency situations, manage and diffuse confrontations, and maintain detailed records of incidents.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for our team and guests, assist with inquiries, and support the wider team with ad hoc tasks.

Requirements:

  • SIA license.
  • Experience within a similar role.
  • Committed and focused on delivering a professional service.
  • The ability to confidently deal with and diffuse challenging situations.
  • Team player, happy to support other departments.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills, as well as a positive attitude to customer care.
