About the Role
Farnfields Solicitors is seeking a full-time, permanent Residential Conveyancing Assistant to join our busy department at Shaftesbury, Dorset offices.
Job Description
We are a well-established and successful law firm with a modern and down-to-earth approach. Our team provides an excellent service to clients in residential conveyancing.
Responsibilities
- To assist with residential conveyancing work, including managing property files and preparing documents.
- To maintain accurate records and update case management systems.
- To communicate effectively with colleagues, clients, and other stakeholders.
Requirements
- A minimum of 2 years' experience as a legal administrative assistant or similar role.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and case management software.
What We Offer
Estimated salary: £25,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience. We offer a competitive benefits package, including generous holiday entitlement, pension scheme, and opportunities for professional development.
