**Job Title:** Sales Operations Strategist

**Location:** San Jose, CA or Remote

**Salary:** $120,000 - $180,000 per year

At Fortinet, Inc., we are seeking a highly skilled Sales Operations Strategist to join our team. As a key member of our sales organization, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth and improving company profitability.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing plans that support the company's strategic initiatives and strategies. This will involve working closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Finance, to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Participate in the development of business plans and strategies that drive revenue growth and improve company profitability
  • Work closely with IT to implement Master Data Management policies and improve data quality and structure
  • Provide direction and leadership to the broader sales organization to drive efficiency and compliance with business processes
  • Analyze and report key performance indicators related to sales productivity, market share, pipeline development, forecast accuracy, product trends, margin trends, and other key metrics
  • Drive the adoption of new sales tools and automated systems
  • Communicate with peer professionals in EMEA/APAC to develop and share best practices and ensure standardization across geographic regions

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in sales operations or a related field
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and improving company profitability
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
