Memcom Recruitment is looking for an experienced Governance Coordinator to join our client's team in Central London.

This key role supports the CEO and Chair of Trustees, managing the annual schedule of Council and Trustee Board meetings. The Governance Coordinator will also coordinate briefing meetings with the CEO and Chair, including drafting agendas and preparing meeting notes.

The ideal candidate will be a skilled administrator with experience working with committees or governance boards, as well as writing minutes. They will be able to work autonomously, confidently, and with a high level of attention to detail.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Scheduling and coordinating meetings
  • Drafting meeting materials
  • Collaborating with senior leadership

A competitive salary of around £30K per annum is on offer, taking into account the location and industry standards.
