Job Overview:
As a Compliance and Governance Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the effective functioning of our governance processes. This includes managing the governance calendar, coordinating meetings, and maintaining accurate records. Your attention to detail and ability to work under pressure will be key to success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:
Drafting agendas and minutes for board meetings; Coordinating the preparation and circulation of board papers; Maintaining accurate records of governance activities; Providing administrative support to the Assurance team;

Requirements:
A strong understanding of governance principles and practices; Excellent communication and organizational skills; Ability to work effectively in a team environment; Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications;
