Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Corporate Services Professional to join our Governance Services team in London. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional administration services to our corporate and fiduciary clients.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to take their career to the next level. You will be working closely with our Risk and Compliance team to ensure accurate client due diligence and up-to-date reviews.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a diverse portfolio of corporate and fiduciary clients, ensuring high-quality administration and effective client relationships.
  • Provide technical company secretarial support and training to team members as needed.
  • Process work efficiently, meeting transactional and procedural deadlines while maintaining accurate records and managing WIP and debt collection.
  • Maintain consistent high-quality client service levels across your portfolio and address any identified issues promptly.
  • Collaborate with our Risk and Compliance team to ensure all client due diligence is processed accurately and client reviews are up-to-date.
  • Assist with data input and maintenance within our corporate services practice management database.

A competitive salary range of £50,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience, is offered to the successful candidate.
