Administrative Governance Assistant

We are seeking an Administrative Governance Assistant to join our team in Farnborough, Hampshire.
This role will involve providing administrative support to our corporate governance team, including preparing board meetings and updating statutory registers.
- Coordinating registered office services and ensuring all necessary documentation is completed
- Preparing meeting materials and agendas
- Providing guidance on company incorporations and statutory filings
- Updating documents and filing with Companies House as required
- Supporting due diligence efforts and managing data rooms
- Conducting company searches and providing relevant information to clients
- Assisting with corporate governance tasks related to transactions
The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in administrative roles.
A competitive salary of £45,000 and an attractive benefits package are on offer. Free parking is available at the office.
