Governance Project Administration

We are seeking a highly skilled Governance Project Administrator to join our team on a contract basis. The ideal candidate will have experience in project control or management within the defence sector.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage Contract Status Review (CSR) projects in alignment with business objectives, collaborating with Control Account Managers (CAMs) and Finance to deliver quarterly CSR and associated financial reports.
  • Handle Summary Status Review (SSR) for lower value projects, ensuring monthly updates and comprehensive project management.
  • Allocate and manage task budgets, keeping a clear understanding of current status and Estimates at Completion (EAC) in line with CSR and reporting requirements.
  • Identify, record, and monitor risks and opportunities, manage risk retirement/drawdown, and maintain accurate entries in the risk database.
  • Manage the purchase requisition process to ensure timely supplier contracting and commencement of delivery activities aligned with project schedules.
Requirements:
  • Experience in project control or management within the defence sector.
  • Proficiency in budget management and financial reporting.
  • Knowledge of risk and opportunity management strategies.
  • Strong organisational and communication skills.
  • Able to work effectively in a hybrid work environment.

The estimated salary for this role is £58,000 - £70,000 per annum, depending on experience.
