Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Corporate Governance Administrator to join our dynamic Company Secretariat team. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for providing high-quality corporate governance services, including committee support, shareholder/share scheme administration, document management, and administrative duties.

Responsibilities
  1. Committee Support:
    1. Prepare agendas, collate meeting papers, take minutes, and maintain action/decision logs for the Health and Safety Forum.
    2. Summarize meeting actions and decisions for executive-level committees and ensure timely follow-up with senior management.
    3. Lead on responses to KYC, internal and external audit, and other information requests as required.
  2. Shareholder / Share Scheme Matters:
    1. Support the team with share scheme administration, including summarizing meeting actions and decisions and ensuring timely follow-up with senior management.
  3. Document Management:
    1. Assist with the signing of documents and maintain accurate filing of corporate and governance records.
  4. Administrative Duties:
    1. Monitor correspondence in a shared team inbox and respond to routine queries.
    2. Support ad hoc projects as required.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You'll also have strong attention to detail and be proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
