Administrative Governance Officer

We are seeking an Administrative Governance Officer to provide high-level administrative and committee support to our CEO and Chair of Trustees. This is a unique opportunity to work with a small policy and standards team that prepares guidelines for the industry.

The successful candidate will have experience writing minutes and working with committees or governance boards. You will be responsible for managing the annual schedule of Council and Trustee Board meetings, ensuring logistics are planned for professional meetings.

You will also be responsible for organising briefing meetings with the CEO and Chair, drafting agendas and notes. In this role, you will work closely with other team members to develop policies and guidelines for the industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate annual schedule of Council and Trustee Board meetings
  • Organise briefing meetings with the CEO and Chair
  • Draft agendas and briefing notes
  • Manage minute-taking and record-keeping responsibilities

This role provides excellent opportunities for professional development in administration, governance, and policy-making. We offer a competitive salary of £35,000 per year and flexible hours with the option to work from our Central London office 2 days a week.
