Job Description



This role will involve developing and maintaining strong relationships with assigned accounts within a designated region. As a Field Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, exceeding sales targets, and providing exceptional customer service.



The ideal candidate will have experience in hydraulic or engineering sales, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets. You must also be able to drive, as regular travel to client sites throughout Ipswich, Cambridge and the surrounding areas will be required.



Key Responsibilities





  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with assigned customers

  • Drive sales growth and exceed sales targets

  • Provide exceptional customer service and support

  • Liaise closely with the Franchisee(s) on local accounts

  • Maintain accurate customer records and track sales performance metrics



Requirements



To be successful in this role, you will need:





  • Experience in hydraulic or engineering sales

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team
