About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team at Brammer Buck & Hickman. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Attend daily and weekly production meetings to understand customer initiatives and priorities
  • Develop and implement agreed-upon stores management services and processes with customer site teams
  • Prepare and follow up on quotes for large-value re-tenders
  • Deliver consistent customer service, meeting agreed-upon KPIs and targets
  • Ensure clear understanding of stores management processes
  • Work with site teams to plan and manage stock in line with customer site-specific requirements

  • Ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Able to juggle competing priorities
  • Commercially astute to identify opportunities for spend consolidation and cost savings for the customer
