Business Development Manager

At NMS Recruit Limited, we're seeking a skilled Client Relationship Manager to join our team. As a key player in our Business Finance Lending division, you'll be responsible for managing and growing relationships with our key accounts. Your primary goal will be to ensure client satisfaction, drive revenue growth, and identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell additional financial products.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their business challenges and providing bespoke finance solutions to meet their goals.
• Drive account revenue through upselling and cross-selling financial products, hitting sales targets and ensuring high client retention.
• Work closely with internal teams such as underwriting and credit to ensure smooth application processing and excellent client service.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to provide relevant, competitive solutions.
Key Requirements:
• Proven experience in account management, ideally within the finance or SME lending sector.
• Strong relationship-building skills and a client-focused approach.
• Ability to identify and act on upselling opportunities.
• Strong problem-solving skills and commercial acumen.
• Experience working with CRM systems and data-driven account management.
