Ecological Operations Manager

An Exciting Opportunity for a Seasoned Professional

About the Role

Randstad CPE London is seeking an experienced Ecological Operations Manager to join their team as a Director of Habitats. The successful candidate will have a strong background in project and contracts management, with experience working on Nationally Significant Infrastructure Projects and with Tier One Contractors.

You will be responsible for providing strategic leadership to the Habitats function, driving its direction, delivery, and financial success. This includes managing client relationships, developing new business opportunities, and ensuring project work is delivered to time, cost, quality, and client satisfaction.

Salary Estimate: £50,000 - £70,000 per annum, depending on experience

About You
  • You will have a background in project/contracts management in an environmental consultancy.
  • Experience of working on large-scale infrastructure projects is essential.
  • You will possess excellent knowledge of relevant wildlife legislation and policy, as well as HSQE requirements.
  • Demonstrable network across the sector is desirable.
Key Responsibilities
  • Provide strategic leadership to the Habitats team.
  • Manage client relationships and develop new business opportunities.
  • Ensure project work is delivered to time, cost, quality, and client satisfaction.
