We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Sales Operations Specialist to join our team at Recra Consulting. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting the sales team in achieving their targets and delivering exceptional customer service.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned sales professional to leverage their expertise in sales coordination and operations to drive business growth. You will be responsible for coordinating sales activities, managing customer inquiries, processing orders, and maintaining accurate sales records.

Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative assistance and coordination of sales activities to support the sales team.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries, providing product information, pricing, and order status updates.
  • Process sales orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with internal departments such as production, logistics, and finance to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
  • Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate customer and sales data.
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and analysis for management review.
  • Assist in organizing sales events, trade shows, and customer meetings.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure effective promotion and communication of products and services.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, addressing and resolving customer concerns or complaints promptly.
Requirements
  • Proven work experience in sales coordination or a similar role.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills to manage multiple sales activities simultaneously.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in processing orders and maintaining sales records.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and internal teams.
  • Proficient in using CRM systems, preferably SAGE.
  • Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
  • Team player with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Knowledge of sales principles and practices.
Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, pension scheme, and paid annual leave.
