Job Description

In this exciting role, you will assist the Managing Director with daily tasks, manage travel arrangements, and provide administrative support to ensure seamless day-to-day operations. Key responsibilities include:
* Assisting with managing emails, calendars, and appointments
* Managing travel itineraries and arranging business trips
* Processing invoices and reconciling customer accounts
* Supporting bank reconciliations and supplier payments

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. You will also have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge through training provided by Tooling Intelligence, including maths and English Level 2 (if required).
