**About the Role:**

This is an exciting opportunity to join Focus Foster Care as a foster carer, working collaboratively with our experienced social workers to provide high-quality care for children in need. The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong ability to build relationships, and a commitment to delivering exceptional outcomes for children.

**Main Responsibilities:**

  • To provide a stable and loving home environment for children in placement.
  • To work closely with our social workers to develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of each child.
  • To support children in maintaining relationships with their birth families and other significant individuals.
  • To engage children in activities and hobbies that promote their interests and development.

**Requirements:**

  • A spare bedroom available for the child.
  • To be over 21 years old.
  • An ability to drive or access to good public transport links.
  • A commitment to training and professional development.
