About the Opportunity

We are excited to announce an urgent vacancy for a Bilingual Customer Success Manager to join our team at Computerworld Personnel Ltd. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and results-driven individual to take on a challenging role and make a real impact on our business.

Key Responsibilities
  1. To develop and execute customer success strategies that drive revenue growth and increase customer retention.
  2. To work collaboratively with our account managers to ensure seamless customer onboarding and ongoing support.
  3. To identify and pursue new business opportunities through strategic partnerships and alliances.
Requirements
  • At least 2 years' experience in customer success, sales or account management within a software environment.
  • Strong technical skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and software development lifecycle.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, colleagues and stakeholders.
