The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise, exceptional problem-solving abilities, and a comprehensive understanding of radiology workflows. A crucial aspect of the role will be to ensure a smooth transition from the current RIS, Lumeon's Care Pathway Manager (CPM), to the new RIS/PACS solution, supporting the business transformation of units and mobiles and the adoption of Standard Operating Procedures.
Experience with AGFA's EI PACS, xWave Technologies, and Mirth/HL7 would be beneficial. This role involves engaging in the full lifecycle of the application, documenting clear functional requirements for significant changes, ensuring configuration documentation, and creating training materials.
Requirements:
- Significant understanding of Radiology workflows, clinical and operational processes.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience working with Radiology Information Systems, with specific experience in Street Heaver's Compucare hospital management system software.
- Demonstrable customer service experience in a busy IT orientated service environment or equivalent.
- Excellent communication skills and a proven ability to build successful working relationships.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
- Good time management skills and ability to plan and prioritise workload.
- Ability to communicate IT issues and effectively convey technical information to non-technical users.
