Health Information Management Associate

About the Role:
- Maintains accurate and complete documentation of patient records
- Ensures the security and confidentiality of electronic medical records through adherence to established safeguards
- Prints clinical documents for Medical Surgical and Hospice patients, including 485s and physician orders
- Transmits documentation/orders to physicians via fax, mail, or Doc Center uploads
Requirements:
A high school diploma or equivalent is required; one year of related experience is preferred. The ideal candidate should possess medical terminology skills and basic/intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, specifically Excel, Word, Access, and Outlook. Estimated salary: $50,000 - $70,000 per year.
