We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Medical Records Specialist to join our team at Care New England Health System.

About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced professional to take on a key role in maintaining accurate and up-to-date medical records for our patients. As a Child Health Administrator Assistant, you will be responsible for ensuring the security and confidentiality of patient records while also providing exceptional support to our clinical teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage all aspects of medical record documentation, including printing, sending, and tracking of orders and documents.
  • Collaborate with physicians' offices to obtain signed orders and ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Identify and address discrepancies in physician demographics, diagnosis codes, and start of care dates.
  • Utilize Microsoft Office applications, specifically Excel, Word, Access, and Outlook, to manage and maintain accurate records.
  • Provide administrative support to the clinical team, including answering reception calls and assisting with agency processes and procedures.

Salary: $55,000 - $65,000 per year
