Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Medical Administration Specialist to join our team at South Warwickshire University NHS Foundation Trust.

About the Role:

This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, providing administrative support to our Emergency Department.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Provide comprehensive administrative and clerical support to the Emergency Department
  • Respond to patient inquiries and provide excellent customer service
  • Manage and maintain accurate records and data entry systems
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless delivery of care
  • Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient experience and outcomes
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • GCSE or equivalent in Maths and English at Grade C or above
  • RSA or NVQ Level 3 or equivalent
  • Proven experience in administration, preferably in a healthcare setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively
