Job Summary:

The Medical Records Coordinator plays a critical role in maintaining the integrity of patient records at Care New England Health System. This position involves ensuring accurate and complete documentation, adhering to established safeguards to protect sensitive information.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Follow up with physicians' offices for missing orders and document call-in episode notes.
  • Notify coordinators after unsuccessful order retrieval attempts.
  • Run Outstanding Reports for Med Surgical and Hospice documents.

Requirements:

A high school diploma or equivalent is required; one year of related experience is preferred. The ideal candidate should possess medical terminology skills and basic/intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, specifically Excel, Word, Access, and Outlook.

Estimated Salary Range:$48,000 - $65,000 per year.
