Medical Care Specialist

At Care New England Health System, we are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Medical Care Specialist to join our Emergency Department team.
Job Summary: The successful candidate will provide high-quality nursing care to patients under the supervision of a registered nurse. This role requires strong clinical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a patient-centered approach.
Required Qualifications and Experience: A minimum of one year's job-related experience in nursing, or equivalent, is required. RI State Licensure is also mandatory. Additionally, the ideal candidate will possess strong problem-solving skills, be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and demonstrate a commitment to delivering exceptional patient care.

Compensation and Benefits: We offer a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $85,000 annually, depending on experience. In addition, our comprehensive benefits package includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) retirement plan, paid time off, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
