Key Responsibilities:

As a Senior Power Electronics Specialist, you will be responsible for managing cross-functional projects, ensuring budget goals, strong customer relationships, and risk mitigation. You will also provide technical leadership in power electronics design and propose innovative R&D projects. Additionally, you will develop and prototype cutting-edge power electronic systems using advanced tools and simulation techniques.

Requirements:

  • Power Electronics Expertise: Deep knowledge and experience in power electronics and magnetics, especially in power conversion.
  • Design and Testing: Proven experience from concept design to validation testing and production. Familiar with high voltage, high power switching devices (SiC, IGBT, GaN), and related testing methods.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in digital control schemes, motor operation, and thermal management.
  • Project Leadership: Strong track record in planning, leading, and delivering large, multi-disciplinary projects.
