Main Responsibilities:
- Manage the development of next-generation inverter technology.
- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver inverter hardware projects.

Salary Range: £85,000 - £115,000 per annum.
Requirements:
- Proven track record in managing complex hardware projects.
- Extensive expertise in analog, digital, and power electronics.
- Proficiency in schematic capture and PCBA design.
- Knowledge of Functional Safety (ISO 26262) and design for PCB, EMC, and reliability.
- Experience in hardware circuit analysis and failure mode avoidance techniques.
