About the Role
">We are seeking a highly experienced Chief Electronics Engineer or Principal Engineer to lead our electric propulsion team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in power electronics and magnetics technology, as well as excellent communication and project management skills.

- Delivering embedded HV power electronics solutions for various applications.">
- Managing multi-person/cross-functional projects to achieve budgeted margins.">
- Maintaining excellent relationships with customers and mitigating technical and commercial risks.">
- Collaborating with the team to drive innovation and excellence in electrified propulsion technologies.">
Requirements
">To be successful in this role, you will need:
">- ">
- At least 8 years of experience in power electronics and magnetics technology.">
- Excellent knowledge of high voltage systems, gate drivers and device protection.">
- Good knowledge of EMC.">
- Familiarity with major standards relating to electrical and functional safety, EMC and OEM.">
- Strong expertise in thermal simulation and management for power electronics and electromagnetic systems.">
