The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of power electronics and converters, as well as proficiency in PCDS and Agile (Scrum) for power electronics component delivery.

In this role, you'll be responsible for leading quality improvement projects to resolve current vehicle issues through structured 8D processes, coordinating and delivering requirements for cycle plan programmes using PCDS and Agile principles, and overseeing HiL testing and timing plans to ensure robust DCDC performance prior to release.

You'll also lead quality workstreams, including DFMEAs and PPIRs, and control prototype & production releases.

This is an exciting opportunity to apply your expertise in power electronics to create the future of sustainable mobility. The estimated salary for this position is £45,000 - £55,000 per year, based on industry standards and location.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Quality Improvement (iQM) Projects
  • Coordinate and Deliver Requirements for Cycle Plan Programmes

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Deep Knowledge and Understanding of Power Electronics and Converters

  • Skilled in Root Cause Analysis Techniques (Six Sigma, 8D, 5 Whys, Fishbone)
