About the Role

  • This role involves assisting the Lead Document Controller and the project team in a fast-paced environment with large amounts of information to process and distribute efficiently. The successful candidate will have proficient skills in Microsoft Office – Word & Excel, as well as flexible prioritization and organizational abilities.

Job Responsibilities

  • Maintain good relationships with the Professional Team, Client, and Faithdean Subcontractor and Supply chain.
  • Keep all relevant documentation relating to the contract saved into the Deltek PIM platform.
  • Oversee document management for several projects, ensuring project-related documentation is uploaded, distributed, and tracked correctly using the Deltek PIM platform.

Main Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with the project team on specific documentation distribution requirements.
  • Track missing or inaccurate project information and ensure updates are made.
  • Facilitate efficient retrieval of project documents throughout the project lifecycle.

Additional Responsibilities

  • Assist in the collation of Operation and Maintenance Manuals as required.
  • Attend meetings as needed to discuss project needs and outstanding information.
  • Update, collate, and manage Progress Reports on live projects.

About You

  • Prior knowledge of construction and the roles of the professional team, main contractor, and supply chain is advantageous but not essential.
  • Flexible and able to manage multiple priorities.

Benefits

  • An estimated salary range for this position is £28,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
