Job Title: Project Coordinator Specialist
About the Role:
Faithdean Plc seeks an experienced Bid and Proposal professional to join our Head Office in Chatham. This role involves coordinating bid submissions, liaising with internal teams, and managing proposals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Liaise with internal teams to develop high-quality EOI, SQ, and ITT submissions.
- Translate technical information into proposals for technical and non-technical readers.
- Communicate key benefits through compelling proposals and presentations.
- Assist in producing case studies, staff profiles, and gathering evidence to support submissions.
- Maintain the bid library for future submissions.
- Review tender documents and generate a Response Matrix for compliant bids.
- Attend tender launch meetings and write responses to SQ and ITT questions.
Requirements:
- Educated to degree level.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office & Outlook.
- Proficiency in Adobe InDesign is advantageous.
- Outstanding organisation skills with attention to detail.
- Able to work under tight deadlines and in a team environment.
Estimated Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience.
