Job Overview:
Integral UK Ltd is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Refrigeration Projects Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our Refrigeration Small Works/Projects department, you will provide administrative and coordination support to our Project Managers and Design Engineers. Your role will involve processing contract management forms, producing operational manuals and health and safety documentation, and liaising with suppliers and sub-contractors. You will also be responsible for updating enquiry logs and contract trackers.

To succeed in this position, you will have GCSEs or equivalent in Maths, English, and ICT, as well as experience working in a project support role and/or project services/installation business. You will possess excellent communication skills, ability to build relations with key personnel and customers, and a proven track record of success.

The salary for this position is estimated to be around £25,000-£28,000 per annum. This is a hybrid, full-time role in the office until initial training complete and then the option of full-time office or 3 day office and maximum 2 days WFH.

Key Responsibilities:
  • To provide administration and coordination support to the Project Managers and Design Engineers.
  • To process contract management forms in accordance with Integral's compliance procedures.
  • To raise purchase orders and issue them accordingly.
  • To produce sales invoices and applications to customers upon completion of works.
