Job Role / Responsibilities:

We are seeking an experienced Document Management Coordinator to join our team at Faithdean Plc. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining good relationships with the Professional Team, Client, and Faithdean Subcontractor and Supply chain. This includes keeping all relevant documentation relating to the contract saved into the Deltek PIM platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee document management for several projects, ensuring project-related documentation is uploaded, distributed, and tracked correctly using the Deltek PIM platform.
  • Coordinate with the project team on specific documentation distribution requirements.
  • Track missing or inaccurate project information and ensure updates are made.
  • Facilitate efficient retrieval of project documents throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Assist in the collation of Operation and Maintenance Manuals as required.
  • Attend meetings as needed to discuss project needs and outstanding information.
  • Update, collate, and manage Progress Reports on live projects.
  • Provide general support for projects as needed, including saving documents, printing, posting information, and producing presentations for meetings.

Requirements:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office – Word & Excel.
  • Flexible with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Prior knowledge of construction and the roles of the professional team, main contractor, and supply chain is advantageous but not essential.
