Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Contract Document Specialist to join our team at our Head Office based in Lordswood, Chatham. This role involves assisting the Lead Document Controller and the project team in a fast-paced environment with large amounts of information to process and distribute efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain good relationships with the Professional Team, Client, and Faithdean Subcontractor and Supply chain.
- Keep all relevant documentation relating to the contract saved into the Deltek PIM platform.
- Oversee document management for several projects, ensuring project-related documentation is uploaded, distributed, and tracked correctly using the Deltek PIM platform.
Main Responsibilities
- Coordinate with the project team on specific documentation distribution requirements.
- Track missing or inaccurate project information and ensure updates are made.
- Facilitate efficient retrieval of project documents throughout the project lifecycle.
What We Offer
- An estimated salary range for this position is £28,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
