About the JobIn this role, you will provide administrative support to the contracts team, ensuring the smooth delivery of contracts and managing all contract-related documentation. This includes:
- Producing H&S statistical information for Clients' Monthly, Quarterly & Annual Reports.
- Preparing procedures, processes, test and progress reports.
- Managing all contract-related documentation associated with contract delivery.
- Loading and making relevant documentation accessible on UCM Document Management System.
- Controlling the movement of electronic and paper mail related to the contract via email systems.
- Recording and distributing minutes of senior contractual meetings involving customers.
