At Telent Technology Services Limited, we are seeking an experienced Contract Administrator to join our team. As a key member of the administration department, you will provide critical support to the contracts team, ensuring smooth delivery and efficient management of contracts.

About the Role

This exciting opportunity offers the chance to work on a variety of contracts, providing administrative support to the Contracts, controlling documentation and day-to-day administration in support of the Admin Manager, Contract Manager and Service Delivery Manager.

  • Produce H&S statistical information for the Clients Monthly, Quarterly & Annual Reports.
  • Prepare procedures, processes, test and progress reports.
  • Manage all of the contract related documentation associated with contract delivery.
  • Ensure that relevant documentation is loaded and accessible on UCM Document Management System.
  • Control, by electronic mail systems, the movement of all electronic and paper mail relevant to the contract.
  • Record and distribute minutes of senior contractual meetings involving customer.
