Job Overview

The Chief Food Services Coordinator will be responsible for the efficient and effective management of food and beverage services at Brompton Barracks, Chatham.

Key Responsibilities
  • To assist with the overall planning and execution of daily operations to ensure high-quality services across all areas.
  • To maintain positive client relationships and foster a collaborative environment among team members.
  • To manage the contract and implement strategies for improvement in food quality, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
Salary and Working Hours

The salary for this position is approximately £28,000 per annum. The working hours are 40 hours per week, spread over 5 days per week.

Requirements
  • A strong background in hospitality or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic knowledge of inventory management and financial procedures.
