Your Responsibilities

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Producing H&S statistical information for Clients' Monthly, Quarterly & Annual Reports.
  • Preparing procedures, processes, test and progress reports.
  • Managing all contract-related documentation associated with contract delivery.
  • Loading and making relevant documentation accessible on UCM Document Management System.
  • Controlling the movement of electronic and paper mail related to the contract via email systems.
  • Recording and distributing minutes of senior contractual meetings involving customers.
