We're seeking an experienced IFA Administrator to join our esteemed Financial Planning practice in Chatham.

About the Role

As an IFA Administrator, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our client relationships.

You will work closely with our team to provide administrative support, manage client data, and coordinate the onboarding process for new clients.

With a focus on continuous improvement and innovation, you will strive to deliver exceptional results and exceed client expectations.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support for client onboarding and relationship management
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client data
  • Prepare and coordinate client reviews, reports, and proposals
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and external partners

Requirements

We're looking for an individual with a minimum of 2 years' experience as an IFA Administrator, preferably within a Financial Planning or Wealth Management context.

You will possess excellent communication and organisational skills, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to work accurately under pressure.

The estimated salary for this position is £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience.
