Austin Fraser is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Helpdesk Administrator to join our administration team in a location with good transportation links to Medway.

This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with experience in Service Coordination or Helpdesk Administration to develop their skills in a fast-paced environment and contribute to the success of our team.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage jobs and schedule appointments with reactive maintenance engineers to provide timely and efficient service.
  • Collaborate with the service department to optimize task allocation and meet customer expectations.
  • Assist with purchasing and stock control before job commencement to ensure seamless operations.
Essential Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a similar coordination or administrative role within the construction, security, or engineering sector.
  • Able to commence employment immediately and commit to the position for at least 2 months, with possibilities for extension and permanent hire.
  • Excellent teamwork and problem-solving skills to tackle complex issues and achieve objectives.
Perks:
  • Standard working hours from Monday to Friday, 08:30– 17:00, promoting a healthy work-life balance.
  • An estimated PAYE salary of £13.80 per hour (based on regional averages) or umbrella rate of £17.04 per hour, offering a competitive compensation package.
