Duties and Responsibilities

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of SEN policies and procedures, a passion for supporting students with special educational needs, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The responsibilities of this role include:

  • Implementing the school's SEN policy to ensure its effectiveness in meeting the needs of all students.
  • Coordinating the provision of resources and support for students with special educational needs.
  • Providing training and guidance to staff on SEN best practices, promoting a culture of inclusivity and excellence.

The estimated salary for this role is £45,000 per annum, taking into account the location and the level of experience required.
