We are seeking a Special Education Needs Specialist Teacher to join our dynamic team in Chatham.
In this exciting role, you will work closely with students, teachers, and other support staff to create personalized learning plans that meet the unique needs of each child.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver tailored support to students with SEND, including individualized lesson planning and classroom accommodations.
- Develop and maintain relationships with parents and carers to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
The ideal candidate will have a degree in Special Education or a related field and hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with a focus on SEND.
We offer a competitive salary of £55,000 - £75,000 per annum, plus UPS1+ SEN Allowances, reflecting our commitment to attracting and retaining top talent in the field of special education.
