We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Learning Support Assistant to join our team at beBee Professionals in Chatham. As a key member of our staff, you will provide individualized support to students with special educational needs, helping them to overcome learning barriers and achieve their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with teachers to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with SEN.
  • Provide one-on-one or small group support during lessons, adapting your approach to meet the unique needs of each student.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment, promoting social skills and emotional well-being.
Requirements:
  • Experience working with children with special educational needs.
