Job Description:
In this challenging yet rewarding role, you will be responsible for providing academic and pastoral support to students with SEMH and Behaviour needs in a mainstream primary school setting. As a Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with teachers to plan and deliver lessons, developing individualized education plans that cater to students' diverse needs.

Responsibilities Include:
  1. Supporting teachers in creating engaging and accessible lesson plans that meet students' academic and emotional needs.
  2. Providing one-to-one support to students, helping them to overcome challenges and achieve their goals.
  3. Working collaboratively with teachers and other support staff to develop and implement effective strategies for supporting students with SEMH and Behaviour needs.

Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Previous experience working with children who have SEMH and Behaviour needs.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with students, teachers, and parents.
  • Able to work collaboratively as part of a team, prioritizing student needs and well-being.

Salary and Benefits:
