Learning Mentor for Special Needs Students

This Learning Mentor position requires a qualified and experienced professional to work with students in Kent who have complex special educational needs.
You will be responsible for delivering 1:1 tuition sessions focused on English and Maths, as well as working with students who have SEMH and ASD needs.
The ideal candidate will have experience working in a similar environment and will be able to adapt their teaching style to meet the diverse needs of our students.
Responsibilities:- Develop and implement effective lesson plans to support student learning
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and attendance
- Communicate effectively with parents, carers, and other professionals
