  • Work collaboratively with curriculum teams to set ambitious learning goals and assess learner progress.
  • Use assistive technology and online/remote learning resources to effectively support learners in overcoming barriers to achievement.
  • Promote the work of the ALS team to curriculum areas and students, contributing to an inclusive culture at MidKent College.

The salary for this role is £25,000-£30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
