Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and compassionate individual to fill the role of Health and Care Coordinator at MidKent College.

In this position, you will be responsible for coordinating the health and care needs of students with special educational needs and disabilities. This will involve working closely with students, staff, and external agencies to ensure that students receive the support they need to succeed in their studies.

You will also be responsible for developing and implementing policies and procedures related to student health and wellbeing, and providing training and guidance to staff on these matters.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the needs of students with special educational needs and disabilities, and be able to communicate effectively with students, parents, and other stakeholders. You will also have excellent organizational and time management skills, and be able to work independently and as part of a team.
