To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A strong understanding of the needs of students with special educational needs and disabilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to develop and implement policies and procedures related to student health and wellbeing

Additionally, you will need to have a degree in a relevant field, such as education, healthcare, or social work. A postgraduate qualification in a related field may be advantageous.
