Healthcare Coordinator for Student Wellbeing

We are looking for a dedicated and organized individual to join our team as a Lead Health and Care Professional. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and reviewing information, resources, and training in relation to the ongoing health and care needs of students within MidKent College.
The successful applicant will ensure consistent and robust information sharing practices take place between key staff, parents, and other professionals, supporting the creation of risk assessments, support plans, and policies to ensure the health and care needs of students are met at College.
You will work closely with colleagues across both the Medway and Maidstone campuses, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration to provide high-quality support to students.
Main Responsibilities:
- Developing and implementing effective health and care strategies to meet the needs of students with special educational needs and disabilities
- Collaborating with colleagues to share knowledge and best practices in health and care provision
- Providing guidance and support to staff on health and care matters
Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
