Job Description:
- To coordinate and review information, resources, and training related to the ongoing health and care needs of students with SEN/D.
- To work closely with teachers, support staff, and external agencies to ensure the provision of high-quality care and support for students.
Required Skills and Qualifications: We are looking for a resilient and motivated individual with excellent communication and organisational skills. A relevant qualification or experience working in a similar field would be beneficial.
