Job Summary

We are seeking a Family Wellbeing Practitioner to join our team at Adult Social Care. As a key member of our service, you will be responsible for providing high-quality professional casework services to children and their families.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and experienced individual to make a positive impact on the lives of vulnerable children. You will work collaboratively with families, other agencies, and professionals to ensure that all looked-after children receive a service that reflects our commitment to achieving positive outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a caseload of complex cases, undertaking focused assessments, preparing SMART care plans, and reviews that have clear objectives and outcome measures.
  • Demonstrate and model good practice that reflects a commitment to relationship and strengths-based practice, working collaboratively with children and their families.
  • Work directly with children and young people to establish their lived experiences, wishes, and feelings, using a variety of techniques as required.
Salary and Benefits

We offer an excellent rate of pay: £30,000 - £40,000 per annum. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer:
